• The place has a full living room, kitchen, backyard/patio area, and reserved parking for the second resident.
• Dimensions of the room: 12ft x 11ft. Closet is 2.5ft deep x 4ft wide.
• It’s a cozy spot with lots of light in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Lots of families and pets in the broader neighborhood. Our immediate neighbors have young kids, so it’s not the place for late-night parties.
• The lease does not allow for smoking or pets.
• Laundry is shared with neighbors.
• Rent: $1350, which includes all utilities except electricity and wifi. Depending on heat/AC use, utilities come to about $100-150, which keeps the total cost around $1500/month.
