From 3pm to 9pm, Members of the Astronomical Society of Nevada will be on hand at the Planetarium to help students and adults explore how to choose and use various kinds of telescopes depending on their interests and budgets.

Tickets can be purchased that include a planetarium show and/or to participate in these guided sessions. Participants can purchase and reserve a spot online and then choose to arrive between 3pm to 8pm.

After 6pm, weather permitting, members of the Astronomical Society will be demonstrating different kinds of equipment for stargazing up until 9pm. Learn how to explore the wonders of the night sky!
