Hi! I’m subletting my 1b1b from 12/6 through 1/4. It’s in a really nice location in Mountain View that’s relatively close to Stanford near the San Antonio shopping center. $2800 is my cost of rent for the month but I’d be happy to both negotiate and prorate based on the actual amount of days stayed. I can also arrange any tours and send photos upon request. I’m a researcher at Stanford, and I’m moving out of my studio in Palo Alto (about 9 minutes from campus, by bike). It’s available for $2,000/month all utilities included (water, gas, electricity, sewer, except wifi). You have your own parking spot, bike storage, and additional storage unit.
