I have a furnished room with a private bathroom for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a very safe location near Stanford University. The room has a full-size bed frame, mattress, bedside table, chair, book shelf, and closet. The house has a functional kitchen with gas/electric stove, microwave, range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and most cooking/coffee/eating necessities. Washer and dryer are in the unit, and hardwood floors throughout the house.

Rent is $1000 per month utility bills inclusive in the monthly payment and makes you entitled to all the utilities such as cable TV, electricity, gas, trash, water, sewer, and high-speed wireless internet. Plus $1000 for a security deposit which is refundable during departure. Pets are allowed.
