We have a spacious room with a shared bathroom available in our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in the Professorville neighborhood of Palo Alto. Move-in availability starts December 7.

The room is 14’ x 14’ (196 sq ft) with a large closet and rents for $1,103/month. A refundable deposit of $800 is required. Utilities and monthly cleaning are split equally among housemates (approximately $100-$150/month).
