My housemates and I are looking for a new roommate to fill a vacancy in early January. (Late December might also work.) We're a mix of Stanford staff and alumni looking to live with other working professionals, broadly defined, so feel free to share this with your non-Stanford friends as well!

• This room shares a bathroom with one other housemate
• Roughly 30-minute bike ride to campus, with multiple routes to choose from
• Lots of kitchen space
• Two huge living rooms
• Fully furnished
• In-house washer and dryer
• Our block connects directly to the Bay Trail
• $1,255/mo, plus $50 for professional cleaning twice a month (incl. shared bathroom)
• Driveway parking available for $50/month
