Rent take over (variable) The Dean: 458 San Antonio Rd, Mountain View, CA 94040 (Floor Plan A)

Close to Downtown Mountain View, Stanford Shopping Center, The Dish -->In unit laundry -->Multiple swimming pools -->Large Gym -->Movie theater -->Smart home amenities -->Pet friendly -->Walking distance from many restaurants and supermarkets (Mountain View TraderJoes, San Antonio etc) --> Sublet pricing is much lower than current market price for the same unit since got the lease deal a while ago.
