We want to live with a sense of peace and well-being, especially in a world that feels chaotic and filled with upheaval. Yet, it is very easy to get knocked off center and upset by all that is happening in the world and feel anything but peaceful.

If peace begins within, how do we create a sense of inner peace and well-being with all that is going on? What can we do to create balance in ourselves and in our lives, so that in turn, we can create peace around us?
