The kitchen has a lot of counter space and is fully equipped with an air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, etc. The unit has A/C and a good heater, which is very convenient for the variable California weather, as well as blackout curtains for sleeping in on the weekends. There is a 4-chair dining table and a breakfast counter. The bathroom has a bathtub and a scale. You are also welcome to use my bike if you'd like.
