Bodybuilding Basics is a 7-week small-group training series teaching the fundamentals of physique training. This multi-session instructional program is designed for anyone looking to build muscle, improve technique and train with purpose. Each session features a different bodybuilding theme or training style, such as hypertrophy, push/pull splits, tempo training, isolation work and more, while being led by a certified personal trainer.
Held in our Performance Studio Suite, this program breaks down the “why” and “how” behind effective bodybuilding so participants can build confidence, master proper form and take their training to the next level.
This class will be held on Thursdays from Jan. 29 to March 12.
