Current First-year Students:
February 2-22, 2026: Join the 2026-27 campus apartment interest list in the housing portal.
- Submit a housing application, your apartment preferences, and roommate preferences. Using that information, the assignments team will offer apartments March-July, as rooms become available.

Current First-year Students Living in ECA or WCA: Your apartment is not eligible for selection. Follow the instructions to join the apartment interest list above.
- Apartment space is very limited for upperclass students, so have a backup plan. Visit lsu.edu/offcampushousing for helpful resources.
Current Sophomores and Above Living in Nicholson Gateway:
- February 2, 2026 at 10 a.m. CST - February 4, 2026: Secure your exact same room.
