Modern day research shows that yoga is effective at helping practitioners better focus their attention, combat stress, and intentionally regulate the sympathetic and parasympathetic aspects of their nervous systems. In this class we will explore how to work with your breath and your body to support your emotional and mental well-being. Attendees will get a free weighted eye pillow to take home with them!
Please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to settle in for the session, and wear clothes that are comfortable to move in. No previous yoga experience is necessary, all levels welcome.
