I am an incoming postdoctoral scholar (sijingtu@stanford.edu) at Stanford University, and my wife and I are currently relocating from Sweden to the U.S. We are looking for a 1B1B apartment (either a standalone apartment or part of a single-family home or townhouse) or a studio.

Our preferences are as follows:

• Budget: up to $3,500/month (including utilities and other fees)
• Lease term: long-term preferred (starting from 6 months)
• Move-in date: starting January 17 (flexible)
• Location: close to Stanford Shuttle Bus stops is preferred

A bit about us:

• We are a married couple (both female)
• No pets and no children
• Non-smokers
• Quiet and respectful lifestyle (no parties or overnight guests)
