Parking:
- Guests have access to a small 1-car garage for secure parking.
- The garage dimensions are 7' wide x 15' deep with the lowest spot getting in the door being 6.5'.
- Street parking is not allowed on our street, but additional vehicles can find parking on nearby streets.
Trash and Recycling:
- Trash collection is on Thursday.
- The trash bins are conveniently located near the laundry room.
- Please ensure bins are placed at the curb on Thursday morning and returned to their designated spot by evening. Thank you for your cooperation!
Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM to 8 AM (weekends).
Accessibility:
- The duplex is located on an incline, and there are steps to access the property. Please keep this in mind if mobility is a concern.
Washer and Dryer:
- Guests have access to a washer and dryer located on the ground floor for your convenience.
Long-Term Stays:
- For stays of 30+ days, we’ll provide additional details about housekeeping and support during your extended visit.
Pets:
- While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at this property.
No Smoking:
