Clean, Private Room in a Lovely House. Full bed, desk, closet with hangers, and a nightstand.

You can use washer and dryer if you stay longer than 5 days.

Please do not bring pet due to allergies and there are plants harmful to animals.

For the sake of electrical safety, it is prohibited to install and use high-power electrical appliances in room. Such as microwave ovens, induction cookers, air fryers and other electrical appliances.

Our room is for one person only. Make sure you check in to the right room number, any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing. Thanks for you understanding.

10:00pm - 8:00am is quiet time. This means, during this time you are not allowed to do the following in the property matter:

1. Talk on the phone loudly and for a long time.
   2.Play music.
   3.Make noise in any way.

Free street parking, if you don't have car, restaurant, bus stop and VTA only take 15 minutes by walking, which is also very close. Easy entrance to 680, 101, 880.

While you check out, please put the key on table and do not lock the door.
