This house is great for networking with other artists.

Minded college students or anyone just trying to make it in los angeles.

The space
We have an onsite cleaning staff that maintains the bathrooms, common areas, kitchens and rooms on a daily basis.
We provide fresh linens like sheets, mattress protectors, pillowcases.
We have aroma diffuser and air puffier to help keep the air in the house smelling fresh at all times.
We take steps to disinfect the common areas with sanitation cleansers and whip down all doorknobs and counter tops.
We do a deep cleaning once a week to eliminate any dust from the rooms.
We change air filters monthly.
We have a pest control company assigned to come once a month.
We provide fire extinguishers and check the smoke alarms once a week.
Trash is taken out daily and dishes are kept clean and put away.
We have a strict rule policy that includes such rules as
No Smoking
No drug use
No bullying or harassment
Quiet hours between 9pm and 9am
There's a On Site manager lives at the residence and makes sure all rules and cleaning is being followed on a regular basis
