The space
This is an owner-occupied, 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. Two bedrooms are currently listed for rent online. This room is on the first floor. All other rooms are located on the second floor.

The owner has 2 well-behaved dogs and 2 kittens. During guest stays, the 2 dogs remain in the Dog Zone (including the climate-controlled garage, backyard, side yard, and occasional access to second living room space). The kittens stay indoors. Common areas are cleaned almost every morning.

With that said, this home is NOT suitable for guests with severe pet allergies or those uncomfortable around animals.

Aside from their assigned room, guests have access to the following spaces and amenities:

• Two full bathrooms (one on the first floor and one the second floor)

• Kitchen with appliances and utensils (short-term guests who plan to cook should notify the host in advance; any food stored in the refrigerator must be clearly labeled)

• Washer and dryer (note: for short-term guests, laundry is available for $10 per load. Guests staying 21 nights or longer can do laundry once a week free of charge)
