The space
This home has 2 bedrooms, each with a full-size bed. There is also one full bath in the apartment. The living room and dining room are well-appointed to host your friends or guests (no loud parties, please!)

This is a single-story home, but there are two small steps leading up to front door (Therefore, not entirely handicap accessible).

Kitchen is fully equipped - pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc. *NOTE: No Dishwasher! Sorry

Dedicated parking for one car

Early checkin or late checkout may be available upon request, but not guaranteed.

Keyless entry (code combination) provides easy check-in and re-entry during your stay. Check-in time provided online listing is 2am, since it is a self check-in. However, we will not respond to questions or calls made after 11pm, so earlier arrival is recommended.

You can access the entire apartment.

I will not be present, but I have someone nearby if any issues arise. I am always available by text and phone, especially to answer any questions about the location or suggested travel tips!

The home is ten minutes walk to iconic Sunset Junction, and ten minutes walk to Red Line Metro (Vermont/Santa Monica station).
