I'd in a small 4 unit apartment building with its own entrance. There are two staircases from the street leading up to the apartment, but once you arrive, you’re rewarded with stunning views of Los Angeles and a serene garden setting. The back patio features a cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing.

Other things to note
There is a long stairway from the street to the apartment. This is not wheel chair accessible or recommended if you have difficulties walking up stairs.

This is not a modern apartment - it's built in 1923 and has original fixtures and charm.
