On-Campus Summer Sublet in EVGR Available, July-September

I have one room+private bathroom available in a 2b2b Junior Double in EVGR D (on-campus apartment).

Rent is $1,659/month.

Details:

• Available from July 1 to September 20 (dates are slightly flexible).
• Private bedroom and bathroom in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Junior Double apartment.
• Room is furnished with a bed and desk.
• Fully equipped shared kitchen. You can use the appliances/pans/etc, just keep them clean.
• Laundry facilities are located on the same floor, just a few doors down.
• The other roommate is male.
• The room will be provided in clean condition and should be returned in clean condition.
• An $800 security/cleaning deposit is required.

Eligibility: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
