Add to calendarDo you want to get some writing done this summer, but also desire accountability and a sense of community?
Well, Draftspace: A 6-week Interdisciplinary Writing Group will take place again this summer: Mondays: July 6 - August 10, 2026, organized by Professors Matt King (Religion) and Myisha Cherry (Philosophy). We had such a great time last summer that it's only right that we do it again.
Bring your laptop, project, and your goals. We'll bring the structure, quiet, coffee, breakfast, and lunch.
The group is open to UCR faculty and graduate students.
Spaces are very limited, so if you can attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions, head to www.emotionandsociety.com/draftspace and apply as soon as possible.
