BlazeTech CEO is seeking senior staff to assist him in the commercialization of technologies developed by the company. The technologies are in the aerospace/defense business and cover safety, environment, and energy. They have been developed with funding from the Smal Business Innovation Research (SBIR/STTR) program and represent significant company assets. We don't have a perfect title for these roles nor a perfect job description. Historically, the company has been focused mainly on technology developments. We are seeking senior persons to carry the tasks below with equity participation in the results. Each technology can be the basis of a separate startup lead by its developer. We need: Businessperson with Engineering Background To commercialize the technologies that have been already developed at the full-scale level (Phase II). Must have experience with a similar task particularly with the military or commercial sectors. Engineer with Business Interest To further develop the technology from the bench- to the full-scale level (from Phase I to Phase II) with an interest in commercialization. Must have a degree in Aerospace, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and several years of experience and some business experience.
