Hi everyone! I'm a Stanford student, and I'm helping a small group of visiting students from National Taiwan University (NTU) find summer housing. They'll be here for about 7 weeks this summer for a Silicon Valley exploration program based around Stanford. They're friends of mine and I'm happy to vouch for them — responsible, tidy, and easy to live with. We're looking for an OFF-CAMPUS summer sublet. Since they're visiting students and not Stanford-enrolled, they can't use on-campus university housing (EVGR / Escondido / Munger / Rains / EV, etc.), so off-campus places only, please. Anything from a single room or a 1-bedroom up to a 3–4 bedroom house works — whatever's available. The basics: Who: a small group (about 1-4) of quiet, non-smoking NTU students, grad-school age. Clean and easy to live with. Size: 1 to 4 bedrooms — a single room, a 1-bed, or a whole 2–4 BR for the group all work. Where: Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, or Menlo Park preferred (bikeable to Stanford); open to nearby spots. When: roughly July 4 – August 21, and flexible on both ends (can start a few days earlier or stay a bit later). Budget: around $1,500 per person / month, flexible for the right place. Furnished strongly preferred. Parking: ideally at least one off-street parking spot (or easy street parking nearby) — they'll have a rental car for the summer. They're happy to pay a deposit, sign a sublease, share intros / LinkedIn, and are glad to take over an existing sublet. Master bedroom available in an idyllic and lush ranch house nestled between Menlo Park and Atherton. Looking for long-term lease starting in August 2026, female tenant/roommate preferred! You will be living with a surgery resident who has lived here in the past six years, and a Stanford engineering grad who will be moving around August as well!
