We're hoping to find a 1-bedroom apartment, ADU, or similar within an easy commute to Stanford. Our budget is around $2,500 per month, though we have some flexibility for the right place. I'm a grad student living in Escondido Village looking to get a new bike for commuting on campus and nearby in Palo Alto. I'd like to pay up to $200 for something ready to use (I do not want to take it for a significant tune up to get it working). Looking to buy something ASAP.
