Add to calendarJoin the Chicago Canes Community as we gather to celebrate Juneteenth at the DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center’s annual Juneteenth Celebration.
This signature event is the museum’s largest community gathering of the year, an all-day celebration honoring freedom, culture, and Black history through engaging programming rooted in education, community, and connection.
Chicago Canes are invited to attend together, connect with fellow alumni, and experience this meaningful day as a group. The museum will host a variety of activities throughout the day, including live music, cultural and educational programming, family-friendly activities, and opportunities to support local vendors.
Whether you plan to stop by for a portion of the day or stay for multiple activities, we hope you’ll join us for this special opportunity to gather in community and celebrate Juneteenth together in Chicago.
This is a free event open to the public.
