Note: This is Part I of a two-part series on Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking. Participants are encouraged, but not required to enroll to attend both parts.
Have you ever wondered ‘How can I get my coworkers to understand me better?’ or ’What can I do to improve my listening skills?' Communication, in particular, interpersonal communication skills are at the heart of all of our human relationships. During this workshop, we will discuss some of the biggest aspects of interpersonal communication to include listening, perception and conflict. The goal at the end of the workshop is for you to walk away with tools to use in all of your interpersonal relationships.
