The space
The space is completely remodeled and in perfect condition. We would appreciate if our guests helped keep it that way. The unit is a one bedroom cozy dwelling with high speed wifi, brand new 55" smart TV, central air, Netflix, all new appliances which includes microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, washer and dryer.

Guest access
We have smart lock entrance which will allow you access into the unit by yourself. If you need anything, I live in another unit on the property and am a text message away. One car parking is available on our long driveway next to the duplex.

Other things to note

• if you rent a car, please avoid renting huge SUVs (like Suburbans) because it can be challenging to accommodate on our driveway

• when cooking, please wipe oil off stovetop and cabinets if you see it accumulating to make it easier on cleaners

• unregistered guests or visitors not allowed (to avoid issues with neighbors)
