Rent is $1128.75/month + utilities. This is a biggest bedroom in a house, has two windows and two closest, and comes unfurnished. Utilities average approximately $175/month total - for wifi, gas, electric, heat, cleaning ( we have a cleaner coming once a month and this can be negotiated with the other two roommates)

Current roommates are young female professionals/post-docs in their late 20s/ early 30s. Ideal candidate, either grad student or working professional.

Other stuff: There is basement storage, space for bike storage, a fenced-in backyard/garden. The bedrooms are upstairs. The house gets lots of natural light. Nextdoor neighbors have quiet lifestyles and very friendly, no noise complaints. Our landlord is very responsive and fixes things around the house.
