Location: Easy access to both the Red (Harvard) and Green line (Union Square), both in walking distance. The apartment is next to a climbing gym and brewery, and only a block from coffee shops and several restaurants. Only 5-10 minute walk to Market Basket, Whole Foods, and Star Market.

Room: The room is large enough to fit a queen bed, a dresser, and other small furniture.

House: Large kitchen and living room, as well as an enclosed porch that is used as an office space. You’d have your own dedicated space in the porch with plenty of room for a desk and/or storage. The unit is the entire second and third floor of the house. There is laundry in the basement! There is a private balcony, as well as a shared back patio. Landlords are very kind and quick to respond to any issues.

Roommates: One roommate is hybrid and typically works in the office 3-4 days per week. The other is remote and is in grad school as well. There’s a small weekly chore rotation for common spaces. Roomates are very considerate and will mask if sick.
