BEDROOMS: We have 1 queen size bed. High quality steady Harwood floor beds, QUALITY mattress (Beautyrest silver with pillow top or similar), VERY GOOD QUALITY bed linen (Kirkland signature Pima cotton 680 Cotton).

LAUNDRY ROOM: Includes new quality washer and dryer, laundry detergents also provided, shared with other unit.

PARKING: Free driveway or street parking for regular SUV. (Not suitable for huge commercial truck)

AC: We use Split AC solely for this unit.
