I'm looking for someone to sublet or take over my lease in Flatbush. Great apartment and great roommate, honestly no complaints about the place itself, but my commute to work turned out to be longer than anticipated, so I need to be closer to Manhattan. Lease is over in June 2027.

• Roommate staying in the apartment, he is from Brooklyn, just graduated from college. Super great and chill guy, along with his cat.
