The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, Wi-Fi and all utilities and laundry included. Bed linens, towels, basic plates and utensils provided. The room is upstairs. Ready to move in with your suitcase only, any time. No kitchen access, no access to the main house. No extra storage space on premises. Parking on the street.

Location: One mile to Stanford University (an easy bike ride), 10 min walking distance to Caltrain. 10 min. Access to free shuttle to Stanford University, Down Town Palo Alto and San Antonio Shopping Center. 10 min. Walk to California Ave. (many restaurants, Molli Stone Market). San Antonio Shopping Center is easily accessible via public transportation or bike. (2.2 miles distance) Convenient freeway access (101 and 280).

I am single man in my 60thies and I have 1 dog in the house. Dog is often in the front yard so you have to be occasionally in contact with her.
