Amber (33): Originally from Asheville, NC, I work at Stanford’s International Center with a background in marketing and global education. I love traveling (lived in Spain for 3 years, worked in Italy for a summer), learning languages, baking, thrifting, exploring cafés, plus cozy nights crocheting or watching movies. I am an ambivert, so enjoy hanging out with my roommates, but also appreciate my personal time.

Mariam (22): Born and raised in the Bay Area and a recent graduate of SJSU with a degree in Molecular Biology and two minors in Chemistry and Psychology. I am currently working at a precision diagnostics startup in Menlo Park. I enjoy exploring the city, going to new cafes, thrifting with friends, reading (I would always appreciate any fantasy recommendations), and going to the beach or on short hikes!
