We are an AI startup developing a high-performance SaaS platform and cloud marketplace. We are seeking an <b>experienced software engineer</b> to lead our engineering and software infrastructure efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and practical experience in high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, and the challenges of AI efficiency, accuracy, and interpretability. They should have a proven track record of leading software engineering teams and translating complex research into robust, scalable products. An <b>advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML,</b> or a related field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in AI/ML product development—particularly in deep learning architectures and data-driven learning strategies—is required. <b>Excellent communication skills</b> are also essential to articulate vision, strategy, and technical concepts to investors, partners, and team members.

<b>Additional Key Requirements</b> • <b>Cloud Architecture Expertise:</b> Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale, distributed cloud systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on cost optimization, scalability, and security. Must be able to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation). • <b>Performance & Reliability Engineering:</b> Demonstrated ability to optimize compute workloads for AI training/inference, implement autoscaling strategies, and ensure high availability and fault tolerance in production environments.
