Living, dining, and kitchen areas are furnished and the outdoor patio is equipped with workout and gardening space galore. There is currently a dresser, bed frame, and nice mattress in the room that you can decide whether to keep. And the window looks out into the garden space under a pine tree with good natural lighting.

It's great to know who you live with so occasional hangouts are preferred! And for a happy, healthy living space, cleaning duties will be shared and quiet hours respected mutually.

Your share of internet is $15-35, utilities range seasonally $45-80 each, and street parking is permitted through the city. All else included, 1 month deposit, and monthly sublease. You can move in between October 15th-November 1st (prorated). I’m happy to help you move in with my truck if I'm available.

The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to all amenities, the Stanford campus (12 min bike ride), Cal Ave restaurants, 3 parks, and the Caltrain.
