Located in Hayes Valley (relatively central in San Francisco). It is a few blocks from numerous cafes and restaurants, a few more blocks to theaters and Civic Center area. Short walk to BART (less than 15 min), and along multiple main bus routes. Blocks from Alamo Square Park (less than 10 min walk).

Looking for someone who is respectful of the space and of neighbors. Ideal for someone needing a temporary spot while looking for housing, or who is visiting during October. No smoking, no pets, and kindly request no shoes in the apartment. $1,950, utilities included.
