Hello, I will be moving out of my current place and am posting for someone that may be interested in renting it.

I am pretty flexible about the move out date along October, so we can work something out that works for you.

This is a master suite, pretty big, with a also large bathroom and a balcony/porch accessed from the bathroom. These are all private. I currently have a fridge as well.

The room is very big and very well lit, with huge windows.

The building is a 15min bike to main Quad, just by El Camino in an area with quite a few restaurants around.

There is a shared kitchen you can use. The building is very new.
