2nd-gen Prius is famous for its reliability. It just keep running without issues. You can find a lot of people driving it over 300K miles in the online forums or reddit.

I bought it on SUpost from an alumni in 2023 at 165K miles, and now it is at 187K without any issue. Selling only because upgrading. The only thing you will need to maintain the car is changing oil every 6K.
