This is an ideal spot for Stanford affiliates—we're particularly seeking young staff members from Stanford. (The third room is currently rented to a Stanford staff member as well.) Our current tenants, who are also young professionals, are planning to relocate closer to their workplaces in the South Bay. It's conveniently situated just a 10–15 minute bike ride from Stanford campus and about 0.5 miles from downtown Palo Alto. 1 year lease term. Utility (electricity, water, interconnect) will be shared among the tenants.
