I'm 28 and a grad student. I was selected off the waitlist for the unit, floor plan attached. If you go to their website, it's the 2M floor plan. Move-in around November 7th. The property is gorgeous and near Santa Clara Caltrain so easy commute to school. My current roommate unfortunately doesn't qualify. Your income needs to be within 30K - 85K. We'd have to go through the BMR application process yearly.
