Hello, I will be moving out of my current place and am posting to help find someone that may be interested in renting it.

I am pretty about the move out date along October, and landlord wants to rent it short term until before thanksgiving, end date is kind of flexible.

I'm flexible on move out, so it is available at any time during October.

This is a master suite, pretty big, with a also large bathroom and a balcony/porch accessed from the bathroom. These are all private. I currently have a fridge as well.

The room is very big and very well lit, with huge windows. Price already includes fixed utilities price. It ha aircon and heating.

On unit laundry just outside the bedroom. Also surprisingly quiet

The building is just by El Camino in an area with quite a few restaurants around. 15min bike to the Main Quad, 5 min to Cal Avenue.

Are allows street parking and the building is very new.
