The School of Science in partnership with the Research and Creativity Collaborative enthusiastically invite you attend the 2025 Jepson Science Center Fall Research Symposium. Our fall research students are eager to share their research during a poster session on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 4:00–5:30 pm in the Jepson Science Center main lobby. 

This year’s event showcases 70 impressive undergraduate research projects, reflecting the strength and creativity of scientific inquiry at UMW. Students will present 42 independent research projects, highlighting scholarship in Biological Sciences (21 projects), Earth and Environmental Sciences (10 projects), Chemistry (4 projects), Physics (5 projects), and interdisciplinary collaborations between Physics and Biology (2 projects).
