A single room, with dedicated bathroom, would be occupied by a single tenant. (Landlord presently visits home a few times per year and uses the master bedroom.) Tenant would have the right to fully use common spaces in main house which has been tastefully furnished. There will be no other tenants in the main house. The property is walking distance to a nice shopping complex that has a grocery store (Andronicos), coffee shop (Starbucks), and other cute shops. There is also a nearby park with tennis courts, and many hiking trails within a short drive.
