The bedroom has a new queen size bed, TV, desk, chair, dresser, and small refrigerator. The bathroom is shared with a male traveling nurse.
The rent is $1500 per month plus a $500 deposit which is refunded when you leave less $100 for cleaning. My home is in a quiet gated residential neighborhood in Redwood City.
I do have a pet dog who barks to greet everyone, but will not bite. Wendell is kept separate from tenants by pet fencing and gates. He stays in my room at night.
