This is a gentle yoga class 🧘🏽♀️ 🧘🏽 It is re-occurring class every Wednesday at 5:30pm! In this class, we invite gentle movement into our bodies while bringing awareness to our mind and breath. The class is usually very small and we have a safe space to come together in ceremony 🙏🏾 This is a BEGINNER friendly class so all are welcome 🤗 we have yoga mats and props for use
This class is at an existing studio that has others offerings including various fitness classes!
The first class is FREE! Every class thereafter is $15
