So the wonderful Carmen Winn will be promoting entering the lotteries for numerous rivers that require permits in the west. So Carmen will be instructing paddlers as to how to enter River lotteries and some tips on increasing your chances of landing a permit. Bring your Phone, I Pad, computer and learn how to apply. Social Hour is at 6pm with the presentation of lottery starting at 7pm. The event is held in the back room of the Market Come on down and enjoy an evening with fellow paddlers
