Play with Movement is a women-only virtual experience designed to help you reconnect with joy through movement, presence, and play.

This is not a dance class and there is nothing to perform or get right.

This space is intentionally created for women to feel safe exploring movement in a way that feels authentic to them. The invitation is simple: to listen to your body, follow what feels natural, and allow movement to become a pathway back to joy, aliveness, and connection.

You will be gently guided throughout the experience to encourage curiosity, self-trust, and embodiment. There is no expectation to move a certain way. You are always welcome to move freely, rest, pause, or simply notice what is present in your body.
