Yoga Dance Fusion: Rise and Reclaim Your Rhythm

Yoga Dance Fusion: Rise and Reclaim Your Rhythm is a grounding and uplifting class that begins with breathwork, moves into yoga, opens into music-led ecstatic dance, and then closes with gentle yoga, sound bowls and rest. This class is for anyone who wants to move, breathe and reconnect with themselves in a soft and spiritual way. All levels are welcome and no dance experience is needed.
Instructor: Lorena Malgar is a yoga and movement guide who blends breathwork, yoga, ecstatic dance and sound healing to help students reconnect with themselves. Her classes focus on presence, emotional release and joy, and are welcoming to all levels.
