Hi All.
Here is the next set of reminders for the daily walk for January through March. We are up to 608 walkers. See you on the trails.
Photos of your walk are always welcome. When I see posted photos I like, I add them to the main "album collection - Daily Walk." I have not looked through the photos recently, but look forward to seeing everyone's adventures.
This is not a MeetUp as such. You can be on your own or with any number of partners. The event is for anyone with the intention of walking for improved health. A daily walk of 20 minutes or more helps clear your mind and improves your overall fitness.
