Join our Yoga Instructors in the Reception Garden behind the house, for gentle Yoga Flow classes.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE: TUES 4:15pm THURS 9:00am FRI 9:30am SAT 10:00am SUN 10:00am
$10 drop-in with AVBG Membership $15 without. Bring a yoga mat, water, and sunscreen. All classes 1 hour long.
Bring a mat (some are available to borrow), this is a gentle flow class and suitable for all ages and levels....no previous yoga necessary.
