This group aims to help people find themselves in their own journey with what flows onto the page.

Journals and Pens* provided (Couldn't hurt to bring your own just in case we are waiting on a shipment or materials get lost) New stickers to decorate your journal every group! Open door, come and go as suits your needs. Writing prompts and creative activities offered, as well as opportunities to share your work or reflect on the process. Celebratory opportunities upon group members completing a journal, and potential field trips to spark our creative juices!
